When a client uses these AI tools, client information may be transmitted to and processed by those third-party providers according to their own terms, privacy policies, data-processing settings, and account configuration.

Information provided by clients may be used with AI tools to draft proposals, organize knowledge bases, design workflows, generate documentation, or support service delivery.

We aim to avoid unnecessary exposure of sensitive information and recommend that clients do not submit highly sensitive, regulated, or confidential data unless explicitly discussed and approved for the workflow. Where possible, clients should use appropriate business, team, or enterprise accounts with stronger privacy and data-control settings.

6. Sensitive Information

Please do not submit the following unless we have explicitly agreed on a secure handling process:

• Passwords, private keys, seed phrases, or authentication codes
• Payment card numbers or bank login credentials
• Protected health information
• Legal secrets or privileged legal materials
• Tax, insurance, or financial records requiring regulated handling
• Sensitive employee or customer records

We do not sell personal information.
